WordPress 4.5 Update Shows Subtle Differences
WordPress is one of the largest open source content management systems on the market. With it’s streamlined process and customizable platform, creating a website has never been so efficient.
According to WordPress March 2016 Statistics,
“WordPress is actually powering 26.4% of the Web, and it’s on the rise. It is still by far the most used CMS, with 59.4% market share”
With the latest release of WordPress 4.5, the featured updates are small yet thoughtfully crafted to address all of the minor inconveniences that we face in a significant way. With updates such as custom logos and responsive previews, these features are designed to make the usability and customization of WordPress significantly more efficient for designers and developers. Although the updates we will find are not radically different, these new features will address the minor issues that we overlook, yet come across in our day-to-day interactions with the WordPress platform.
WordPress 4.5 Features
Custom Logos – The WordPress theme now allows custom logos to be added through Customizer.
Live Responsive Previews – In Customizer, preview a responsive version of the website in Mobile, Desktop and Tablet.
