Empowering a Legacy
with a Fresh Website and Brochure Design
THE CHALLENGE
Our team was tasked with a significant website overhaul the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, which involved condensing their 200+ page site into a streamlined version with less than 60 pages. The site’s existing navigation system had five layers, making it difficult for users to navigate effectively, especially on mobile devices. Additionally, the Girl Scouts LA team was looking for a redesign of their Annual Impact Report. The goal was to elevate the report’s aesthetic from previous years, creating a visually impactful document for key stakeholders, including donors and board members.
THE SOLUTION
We restructured the Girl Scouts LA website navigation, simplifying it from a complex five-layer system to a more efficient two-layered menu. This allowed for easier navigation and a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, the site’s mobile interface was completely revamped to ensure smooth, intuitive usability on mobile devices. For the Girl Scouts’ Annual Impact Report, we applied our design expertise to enhance the report’s visual presentation, making it a standout document that effectively communicates key information to stakeholders.
